The customer service's professionalism varies, but it's okay if you find one that's knowledgeable. Last time, I asked about the specific rules for hedging transactions, and they sent me a basic trading manual that didn't cover the subject at all. After a lot of searching, I still couldn't figure it out, so I had to research it myself, which was a huge waste of time.
