Withdrawal verification is for security, but sometimes the questions asked are too detailed. A while ago, when I withdrew money, the customer service representative not only asked about the source of the funds but also asked for the last three months of bank statements, saying they were suspicious of the funds' purpose. The funds come from my salary, so I felt the verification was excessive and quite negatively impacted the experience.
