I cannot withdraw money from my account

I deposited $400 into the HTFFX trading platform on December 17, 2024. I want to withdraw the remaining amount, but the platform does not allow me to do so. Despite my losses in trading with this broker, it has been almost a month and HTFX customer service has not responded to my emails. The support on their website has also not replied to my messages. Has this broker collapsed in Vietnam?

tôi đã nạp 400$ vào sàn giao dịch HTFFX .vào ngày 17-12-2024 tôi muốn rút số tiền còn lại ra.nhưng khi tôi muốn rút tiền ra thì sàn không cho tôi rút. mặc dù tôi giao dịch thua lỗ tại broker này. đã gần 1 tháng trôi qua hệ thống chăm sóc khách hàng của HTFX không trả lời thư của tôi. và support tại website cũng không trả lời tin nhắn. Có phải broker này đã sụp đổ tại việt nam
