Fraudulent platforms withhold profits, citing violations and scalping tactics to block withdrawals.
I deployed an EA for trading on the Power platform. I learned about this EA through the platform's open observation account 5891****. After observing its remarkable profitability, I contacted the author and purchased it for 3000 USDT. The author did not impose any platform restrictions. Considering that observation account 5891**** operated on the Power platform, I registered on the platform and deployed this EA for trading. The very next day after registration, I encountered abnormal slippage on my account. Prices reached stop-loss levels yet failed to trigger them, instead continuing in the opposite direction—screenshots serve as evidence. I immediately shut down the EA and contacted my account manager for clarification. The account manager responded that the platform operates as a counterparty trading platform using an MM (Market Maker) model, and my profits would be subject to risk control slippage adjustments by the risk management department. I promptly inquired why the observation account 5891**** showed no slippage. The account manager explained that this was a test account. But if the account type was clearly a live trading account, how could it suddenly become a test account? Doesn't this observation account 5891**** raise suspicions of deceiving investors? The author and the platform colluded, disguising it as a live account to attract users while selling the EA. The more I think about it, the more terrifying it becomes—it's a blatant scam. After receiving the account manager's response telling me not to use this EA anymore, promising to remove me from the slippage pool in a few days (all conversations are documented in chat logs). I respected the platform's request and never reactivated this EA. However, due to the platform's previous malicious slippage manipulation and tolerance of fraudulent test accounts, I developed serious doubts about its integrity. With concerns that withdrawals might become difficult on a fraudulent platform, I immediately submitted an on-chain withdrawal request on December 31, 2025. The request remained pending review until January 5, 2026, when I received an email notification that the account had been reviewed. As anticipated, the withdrawal was denied. The platform threatened to close the account according to their so-called procedures, return the principal, recover profits from alleged violations, and revoke all commissions already paid. I submitted the required documentation as requested, but the response remained consistent: violation of trading rules and recovery of profits. I believe this platform is a classic scam operation—refusing to pay out profits, operating on a counterparty betting model where losses are inevitable while gains are impossible. If you do manage to profit, they increase slippage to wipe out your gains early. Even if you manually achieve profits, they'll label it as a violation. As is widely known, EAs are merely tools, and no “holy grail” exists. Forex platforms in Europe, the US, and elsewhere support all types of EA trading. Moreover, the EA I used was not designed for consistent profits; it frequently triggers stop-losses, adhering to a strict stop-loss logic per trade. Amid heightened geopolitical tensions, gold volatility has surged. Last year's largest daily swing was just $20, but now swings of $100 are commonplace. Yet my EA typically holds positions for over 3 minutes, with slightly higher trade frequency during active sessions like the US session—but this has absolutely nothing to do with scalping. Please be vigilant against fraudulent platforms. Trading is tough enough; don't let these scams steal our hard-earned money!

My withdrawal request to cryptocurrency has been pending for three business days without review. Every time I message customer service, they just pass the buck and tell me to wait. I've had no choice but to cancel the withdrawal. I want to know exactly why the platform can't process withdrawals.

Profits not given for withdrawal, these small platforms really can't afford to play. Once you make a profit, they say you violated the rules, block the withdrawal, and now the account is invalid, and the backend can't be logged into either. Luckily, I saved evidence before, and also these unscrupulous agents. Everyone be careful, don't choose these small platforms anymore.

Despite multiple communications, no resolution has been provided. Contacting the agent only results in inconsistent statements and delays. I receive no emails and customer service fails to respond. After depositing funds and trading, I incurred a loss of over $100 and chose to withdraw. The request has been stuck in pending status ever since, with customer service claiming it requires agent confirmation.

I deposited $2,000 into Power Trading, made a profit of over $100, and requested a withdrawal. After several days without the funds arriving, I canceled the withdrawal and reapplied. Now, three days later, it's still pending review. Despite multiple communications with customer service, there has been no resolution, and they even told me to confirm with the platform's agent. This is despicable, shameless, and unreasonable.

The studio they cooperate with took our account to induce us to do EA. How could there be 0.00 in the orders? Are they treating customers as fools? Amend the data when there is a floating loss? Are they just looking to brush up on brokerage fees with my account? Avoid at all costs!

My name is He Lili, trading accounts 5633551; 5636487 with a total deposit of 7400 US dollars. I withdrew 5026 US dollars, then one of my accounts remained with 1139 and another one with 500. The platform doesn't allow me to log in or process withdrawal, no official personnel contacted me. I tried to contact the platform but got no official response. I trade manually but now the platform doesn't process my withdrawal without giving any reason. My remaining funds are 1139 + 500 US dollars, totally 1639 US dollars, and I lost over 800 US dollars on the platform. As you wish to expand, if you don't process this small amount of money, how can you continue in the future?
