I've been with the broker for over 6 months. There were no issues until now when they won't allow me to withdraw my funds. I see many people have fallen for this scam. I hope they can help me retrieve my funds. The worst part is when I send everything to support, they mark the ticket status as "Resolved," but they've resolved nothing. They respond with a supposed clause of an API article, and I always worked with little capital. Pure deception 😭😡.

They are wiping all accounts with the false excuse of misuse of the API, merely stealing investor funds. They also avoid approving identity verification which involves four levels, and they won't approve the last one as an excuse to avoid payout withdrawals. I have been waiting for verification for over 8 days✅ to no avail. They always reject it with the excuse that the document is invalid, but that's not true. They are just trying to steal everyone's funds, so spread the word and do not recommend this scam trash.

I've been working with this broker for 3 months, and on the 5th of this month they carried out a massive ban for multiple accounts, and I only have one account with them. Consequently, this ban froze my funds which I can't withdraw. I've asked for a solution to access my funds which are mine, not Zaffex's. I think the ban to block operations and not funds which are not theirs is unfair. They have their commissions on operations and withdrawals therefore I don't recommend any broker updates or that they're examining operations tends to block the money and they don't answer anything; only a bot responds that says nothing, they don't answer anything.

It's a scam, they don't allow withdrawals and they're banning users just like they did to me.
