Is KVB Global regulated?
From what I’ve personally checked, KVB Global isn’t under active regulation right now. It used to have licenses from the Hong Kong SFC, New Zealand FSPR, and Australian ASIC — but the SFC one has been revoked, and the others are marked as “Exceeded” (expired). For me, this is a serious consideration because it means there’s no current regulatory body overseeing its operations or protecting client funds.

I was shown a hash with info on blockchain and transactions, charged a fee of $64 for transaction on blockchain then after the transfer of btc, I was sent a link to pay a commission fee of $58 to process my $46,000 0f funds that were to be transferred into my Robinhood account. The link was broken ofcourse and kicked me offline and out of the platform pay service. The money is gone and I am screwed for being stupid.

As a user of KVB Global, I am very dissatisfied with their services. They deceived me through fraudulent activities and took $3000 from me. I hope to recover this money. I have attempted to make withdrawals multiple times, but they consistently reject them with various excuses, asking me to make additional deposits. They even engaged in fraud through a P2P group, displaying blockchain and transaction information, and charged me a $89 transaction fee. I deeply regret choosing KVB Global and cannot recommend this platform to others.
