In my view, being FCA-regulated already gives Equiti Capital strong credibility. The FCA is one of the top regulators in the equity capital markets, and their oversight helps protect client funds and ensure fair trading practices. Still, I always remember that regulation doesn’t remove market risks — the cost of equity capital or any investment risk is still mine to manage.
They offer MT4 and MT5. MT4 is user-friendly for beginners, while MT5 offers more tools and asset classes for experienced traders. Both are available on WebTrader, desktop, and mobile devices.
I like that they offer a wide range of instruments — Forex, indices, commodities, metals, shares, ETFs, and even cryptos — all in one place. The fact that they’ve been operating since 2008 tells me they’ve survived multiple market cycles. Plus, having both MT4 and MT5 means I can choose the platform that fits my trading style best.
Yes, there are some. They don’t offer a demo account, which makes testing strategies risk-free impossible. I also couldn’t find clear information on spreads, commissions, or minimum deposits. And their customer support is only available via email, which can feel slow when I need urgent help.

The software and trading is great, the best UK based US trading I could find. The statements and logging in are brilliant. The only issue I have is that they started quarterly charging "out of the blue", which I kind of understand, but I do feel i got caught with these charges like a fish in "hook,line and sinker".
