Deposited RM400, Zero Update: Zinvest's Support Lacks Urgency
Disappointing encounter with Zinvest. Deposited RM400 from Malaysia, but no deposit update. Customer service failed to address the issue, and emails only prompted me to wait. Frustrating experience overall. Transaction transparency and prompt customer support are lacking.
