Wavfx Company does not respond and has not replied to any mails after assuring for withdrawal has kept the account on hold . Their advisors are also fooling people to invest and misguiding

CHEATED BY WAVFX COMPANY I have been cheated and misguided by this company over the name of Trading to get good returns after showing various clients accounts . WAVFX COMPANY This company after giving false promises of making good return started with 100 $ Later came up with promos to start with 2500$ with a huge returns within 15 days , forced me to try and arrange money anyhow arranged for funds anyhow to start , then after trading for some days again They mailed me and told me to upgrade the account with additional 1500 $ or else my account will not be make profits as promised , so invested 1500 more when the balance was good enuf so requested for a withdrawal of 15000$ which was not approved and again they mailed and requested to deposit that the account has to been aligned and meet their criteria according to their ROI and again said to deposit 3425 $ to allow the withdrawal., on 28th July I have again deposited the said amount asked by the support and compliance team , since then the deposit has not been upgraded and no one is responding, I have sent them mails and what’s app messages several times they just replied they would check and revert back but have not taken any action nor replied back to my messages.

The broker provide liability credit of 20000$ for trading. And advise to close the liability credit for allowing withdrawal. I paid 20000$ and request for withdrawal. But they are not releasing payment. They are informing that stock exchange now releasing the payment further demand 2500$ for release the payment

WavFx has been really great. I have compared many brokers for their commissions, spreads, fees, swaps etc. This broker is by far very transparent with what they charge and share this information with their clients.

I have to say their customer support is truly responsive and professional. Everything seems fine. All services work well and I have no problem using them. However, I feel a little uncomfortable with its high spreads, higher than most brokers’ offerings, but no slippage occurred, that is good.

While their leverage was still too high for me, I was very pleased with their customer service. I'm just about to sign up and open a demo account and try to trade. Everything is difficult at the beginning. This brokerage firm is new and I’m also a forex novice. I hope we can both get better and better.
