I deposited money to trade international futures with them. On December 24, 2024, I submitted a withdrawal of $10,000, but it said the withdrawal failed. The customer service dragged on and did not process it. All the account managers I contacted lost contact.

There is an auto-copy trading feature, and the strategy with code 506, which combines Martin with FVG, has been quite stable in actual tests so far. However, the data from the copy trading system seems a bit off. Withdrawals are normal, and if only counting working days (Monday to Friday), the funds arrive in the account within 1 day. The first drawback is that the spread for gold is around 0.6, which is relatively large compared to others. The second drawback is that there is a 1% fee for withdrawals, which is quite high. I had already deposited funds, but after seeing rumors that withdrawals might be blocked, I got scared and immediately tried to withdraw, and it went through normally. Since I have two trading accounts, I initially wanted to withdraw from the second one as well, but they said the funds were under review and couldn’t be withdrawn, which made me even more nervous. Thankfully, everything turned out fine. I joined this broker with the intention of copy trading, and so far, there have been no issues.
