The backend is inaccessible, and the platform has started withdrawing funds automatically. It's finally going to disappear. Garbage platform, what Swiss regulation? It's nothing now that things are going wrong.

I deposited money in May 2025, but after only a few trades, my withdrawals were constantly blocked. Starting in 2026, they began deducting money from my account little by little, and I couldn't contact the account manager anymore.

I have been waiting for my withdrawal of since, and BDSwiss continues to delay without any valid explanation. Despite multiple follow-ups and even filing a complaint with the FSC Mauritius, nothing has been resolved. I am now preparing to take legal action, and will be seeking compensation for the financial damage and stress caused by BDSwiss holding my funds unlawfully for nearly two months. This behavior is unacceptable for a regulated broker. I strongly urge others to avoid BDSwiss until they prove they can treat clients fairly and professionally.

very disappointing, never ever use this broker. It was good earlier but now it is bad. My withdrawal is pending since Sep-2024. I am not able to login my account and the customer is always away. There isn't anyone who can help you. No body is responding through email of chat. Scammer

My MT4 account on BDSwiss (original URLs mau.bdswiss.com and https://eu.bdswiss.com/zh/) is 50311780. I deposited $5136.05 on April 10, 2025, made a profit of $250.25, and submitted a withdrawal of $5386.3 on April 14, 2025, but till today (July 17, 2025) I haven't received my principal and profit. Recently, I contacted the company's original manager, Mrs. Right, who informed that the company is facing bankruptcy and many original staff got paid late. So, I am here requesting Forex Eye's help. Can my principal $5136.05 be returned? I can forego the profit, as long as BDSwiss can refund my principal.

I deposited $267.41 into this fraudulent broker. Very high slippage, so I decided to withdraw, but my withdrawal has been pending since 06/04, I asked for help in the chat and they always say the same thing that they are having problems processing withdrawals, meaning that the deposit is processed instantly, but they have problems with withdrawals? My name is Su Huan and my trading account is 50311780. I deposited $5136 into the BDSWISS platform on April 10th, 2025. I've submitted multiple withdrawal requests in May 2025 but they've been pending approval. Now, this platform seems to be on the verge of a shutdown, so I advise everyone not to deposit any more money into it. It only allows deposits, not withdrawals! This platform has turned into a Ponzi scheme!

When you ask customer service whether you can deposit, they will say yes, then when you ask whether you can withdraw, they will say that they are fixing the withdrawal system for the past few months and it has not been completed until now... your deposit will be there forever and cannot be withdrawn.

1 days after making a deposit I tried to make a withdrawal and it was true as other people's reviews said that we can make a deposit but cannot make a withdrawal...stay away because they are just wasting time and they say there is an internal problem and we are told to wait for a very long time...stay away!!!!!

Now I am writing a negative review. In the meantime, I have consulted a lawyer because, like many others here, the money is not being paid out. The first step my lawyer took was to send a payment demand to bds markets in Mauritius. This was obviously not fulfilled. The next step will be to notify the financial regulator in Mauritius. Subsequently, a lawsuit is to be filed.

I have tried to withdraw my deposit since October 2024 and they didn’t give it back knowing that my account is verified I sent all documents they asked for. They also have the worst customer service they don’t explain to you the reason of the time it is taking. On January 7th, 2025. They have taken a part of it as inactivity fee while my withdrawal request is still processing and on February 3rd,2025 they took the rest as the second inactivity fee. This broker is full of scam from trading on it till its customer service I would recommend traders to stay away from this broker.
