Mir fehlen die Worte! Ich bin total sauer! Valetax's "Null-Kommission"-Aktion ist ein kompletter Betrug. Als ich mein Konto eröffnete, hieß es "keine Kommission auf alle Instrumente", aber nach drei Trades wurde mir bei jedem Abschluss eine "Transaktionsservicegebühr" berechnet, die sich auf mehr als die Kommission summierte. Der Kundenservice zitierte Abschnitt 18 der Nutzungsbedingungen und sagte: "Servicegebühren sind nicht in der Kommission enthalten." Der Kleingedruckte ist so winzig, dass er fast unsichtbar ist; wer könnte das überhaupt lesen? Das ist reiner Schwindel.

I'm speechless! I'm completely pissed off! Valetax's "zero commission" promotion is a complete rip-off. When I opened my account, it said "zero commission on all instruments," but after three trades, I was charged a "transaction service fee" on each closing, which added up to more than the commission. Customer service pulled out Section 18 of the user agreement and said, "Service fees are not included in the commission." The tiny print is so tiny it's almost invisible; who could possibly read it? It's pure swindle.
