I've been using Ultima Markets for almost half a year, and my overall experience is just so-so, neither good nor bad. If I say it's good, there's nothing particularly outstanding about it; if I say it's bad, it hasn't let me down either. When I'm trading, the platform is pretty stable, with few lags, and placing and closing orders is pretty smooth. Sometimes the spread jumps suddenly, like when I was trading EUR/USD last time, the spread was 1.2, but it suddenly jumped to 2.5. By the time I realized it, the trade had already been executed, costing me a lot more. I asked customer service, and they just said market fluctuations are normal, which is annoying.
