I'm impressed by EBC's customer service. When I'm losing money, a Shiba Inu emoji pops up in the corner of my MT5 account. It's not particularly hurtful, but rather comforting. Can't they just offer some comfort? It's also entertaining. They also send a multilingual voice notification to all VPS users 12 hours before server maintenance. That's very thoughtful.
