The technical support staff's level of skill is inconsistent. If you're lucky, the problem is solved quickly, but if you're unlucky, it can be incredibly frustrating. Last time, a candlestick chart failed to load, and the technical support staff spent 20 minutes trying three different solutions before they fixed it.
