Did not get my money from Bitcointrademax

I've invested money on a platform called Bitcointrademax was introduced to the platform by a lady called Jabulisile Khumalo apparently an agent. About a week ago I received my withdrawal id and password to proceed with withdrawals to my bank account. After filling out the withdrawal request the next day it showed withdrawal completed but little over a week now and still have nothing in my account not one cent I've lost $38,532 and I'm really in need of help my email Nickbester21@gmail.com please
