Ringgit Gains on Majors but Slips vs US Dollar Ahead of Fed
The Malaysian ringgit opened higher against most major currencies on July 28, 2026, but eased against the US dollar to 4.0850/0900 as markets braced for the FOMC meeting and US-Iran uncertainty persisted. Gains were recorded against the yen, euro, pound, Singapore dollar, and Thai baht.
