On the bright side, I'm happy to report that they're regulated. Big sigh of relief, like finding your lost wallet. Their trading platform seems a well-oiled machine - smooth operation with next to no glitches. Quick order execution is one of their highlights; it's as swift as a pizza delivery. Spreading the bad news, their spreads are wider than a smile at a comedy show. Too wide, in fact, for the Euro U.S. Dollar pair, which takes a chunk out of your profits. The commissions were nothing to write home about either. It feels like you're paying too much for the services. Good news again - their withdrawal process is quick and efficient. Money goes back to your account faster than your pizza arrives! On the flip side though, their trading signals are more erratic than an unpredictable weather forecast. Customer service was a coin toss - sometimes helpful, other times slow to respond, creating the kind of suspense we'd rather avoid. Account opening was a breeze, plain and simple, but their demo account lacks the realism we crave in a test environment.
