Alguém já teve algum problema de feed de dados comACY Securities .Os dados sujos da Acy causaram o mau funcionamento de sua própria plataforma. Meu Ea comprovado não pode funcionar em dados sujos do ACY. (funciona em todas as plataformas). Estou obtendo duas barras de quatro horas em um gráfico de quatro horas. (Deveria haver apenas um, obviamente.) Eu estava na reunião do Zoom com seu representante e quando ele viu o problema ao vivo, ele foi embora. Eles nem vão falar comigo agora. Estou tentando passar pelo AFCA, mas ACY negou tudo. Eles disseram que a reunião do zoom nunca aconteceu. Eles afirmaram que seus próprios dados não são de sua responsabilidade. . PLEASE HELP ACY have cost me $70 000

Has anyone had any data feed problems with ACY Securities.The Acy dirty data has caused their own platform to malfunction. My proven Ea can not function on ACY dirty data. ( it works on everyone else platform.) I am getting two four hour bars on a four hour chart. (There is only meant to be one, obviously.) I was on Zoom meeting with their representative and when he saw the problem live, he left. They will not even talk to me now. I am trying to go through AFCA but ACY have denied everything. They said the zoom meeting never took place. They have stated that there own data is not their responsibility. . Acy have cost me my business. I can not believe how they have ignored me, way before I went to AFCA. Please help
