This month (February 2024) I have made profits of 6668.98 USD (Fixed Rate to MYR). When I request for withdrawal, it said on the app that it was pending.
However, after few hours pass by, I contacted the chat agent and ask why isn't it approved yet? Because previous transactions have been no longer than 3 hours.
They have more than 20 chat agent (fake name and fake profile pictures) and they all say the same thing when I ask why is my withdrawals not approved. 'We forwarded this case to the relevant team' 'We will get back to you soon, rest assured'. They are not giving any relevant answers to my inquiry. (Screenshot attached)
I feel like they are freezing my withdrawals because I make profits. This same exact case happened in December where I make 11411 USD in profits. They said it's under investigation yet they didn't provide any reason why my withdrawals are constantly being rejected. (Screenshot attached)
Only when I suffer losses, they will approve the transaction almost immediately (ex. January) (Screenshot attached)
Now I have 283 USD withdrawals pending with no explanation to why it is happening.
