Ultima Markets is so slow, they are deliberately working against their users! I was in a hurry to use the money and wanted to withdraw it from my account, so I submitted the review application on Monday, but there was no response until Wednesday afternoon. I called the customer service to urge them, and the person on the other end said slowly, "The review queue is long, please wait a little longer." Wait? I can afford to wait for the market, but I can't! What's even more infuriating is that when I asked them if they could compensate for the loss, the customer service would only say, "Sorry, this is the normal process." Can the normal process be this slow? I think they are deliberately delaying the release of funds. They don't care about their users at all. I don't want to touch this crappy platform again in my life.
