Poor Support team

I deposited with this broker few days ago,I forgot to upload my kyc documents.I then went to upload my kyc documents but, when it time for me to take a selfie my chrome app doesn't allow me to take the selfie.I contacted the support team via Facebook, email and I even phoned, but still the support team did not assist me.
