As an experienced trader, regulatory oversight is a primary factor I consider before trusting any brokerage. With TF SECURITIES, my research revealed a concerning lack of clarity regarding their regulatory status. While the company is publicly listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange and claims to operate under the supervision of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), I could not locate confirming details on the CSRC’s official channels. This missing confirmation leaves me uneasy, given the importance of direct and transparent regulatory verification when substantial capital is involved. What particularly worries me is that WikiFX labels TF SECURITIES as unregulated, even warning that there is “no valid regulatory information.” For me, this is more than an administrative detail—it’s a significant red flag with practical implications. A clear, valid, and accessible regulatory license is my baseline for reducing counterparty risk and having recourse in case of a dispute. Therefore, despite its established domestic presence and diverse offerings, I remain highly cautious about dealing with TF SECURITIES until unequivocal proof of regulatory oversight is available. In my view, it’s best to err on the side of caution with firms operating in such a gray zone.
