As an experienced trader who reviews brokers with a cautious and evidence-driven approach, I must say my experience with RCB raised significant concerns. In terms of trading instruments, RCB now offers none: the bank has fully ceased all financial operations and is no longer providing investment or trading services. When I visited their official website, it clearly stated all banking and investment activity has ended, and there are no accessible trading platforms or financial products available for clients. For someone seeking diverse instruments—be it forex, commodities, or CFDs—RCB simply does not provide any opportunities in this regard. Regarding their fee structure, as far as I could determine, no information is available, since the broker is no longer conducting business or onboarding clients. There isn't any active or disclosed commission, spread, or cost schedule to evaluate. From a risk management standpoint, my own principle is to only consider brokers who are both transparent and regulated. RCB is not regulated by CySEC or any recognized authority, which for me signals unacceptable risk, even if their services were active. Ultimately, RCB offers neither trading instruments nor a fee structure, and I find no practical benefit in considering them for trading needs today.
