Based on my close review and experience assessing StoneX, I have not been able to confirm transparent or reliable details about trading costs for indices like the US100. The essential point that stands out for me—and should not be underestimated—is StoneX’s lack of valid regulation and highly suspicious licensing status. While StoneX advertises a range of trading products, including FX, commodities, and securities, there is no official indication that indices such as the US100 are actually available for trading on their platform. Moreover, the fee structure is unclear. As an experienced trader, this is a significant red flag; the inability to confirm spreads, commission rates, overnight financing (swap) charges, or even basic transaction fees makes it impossible for me to accurately break down the total cost per trade. User feedback also raises concerns about withdrawal difficulties, unexpected charges, and even unsubstantiated “tax” payments, which adds to my overall caution. In the absence of clear, regulated cost disclosure and given reports of frozen funds, I would not risk capital trading with StoneX. For me, cost transparency and regulatory oversight are non-negotiable when considering trading brokers, especially for major indices. I strongly recommend exercising the utmost caution.
