As someone who regularly evaluates brokers with a cautious and methodical approach, I always pay close attention to the terms before committing capital. In my experience with LINE FX, it's clear that their EUR/USD spread is generally competitive during most of the trading day. Specifically, on a standard LINE FX account, the typical spread for EUR/USD is 0.3 pips during what they call their "core time," which extends from 9:00 am to 5:00 am the next day (Tokyo time). Outside those core hours, spread levels can fluctuate more widely, reportedly ranging from 0.4 up to 9.0 pips, which could significantly affect trading costs if you're active during off-peak times. I find that fixed, tight spreads during high-liquidity hours can help with cost predictability, especially if you tend to execute larger or frequent trades within Asian or European session overlaps. However, I always recommend remaining cautious and double-checking spread behavior during your preferred trading hours, as wider spreads outside core times could erode profitability for certain strategies. Overall, the consistently low spread during core hours has been a positive feature for me, but I stay vigilant for less favorable conditions outside that window.
