Though the company does possess a Retail Forex License and is regulated by the Financial Services Agency in Japan, there is a notable absence of actual forex or commodity trading functionalities for retail traders on their “Chura Net 24” platform. Because forex trading isn’t offered, the usual discussion about fixed versus variable spreads simply doesn't apply on this platform. In my own approach, I always seek clarity on whether a broker offers fixed or variable spreads, since variable spreads can widen dramatically during volatile news events, increasing trading costs and affecting risk management. With Ando Securities focusing on securities like stocks and bonds, commissions and fees are outlined transparently, but traditional FX spread behavior is not relevant here. If your trading style or risk tolerance is highly dependent on stable spreads during high volatility, it is critical to note that Ando Securities would not meet this specific requirement—primarily because their product scope doesn't include active forex pairs trading. Instead, I'd recommend considering other platforms if fixed or predictably variable spreads during news-driven volatility are essential for your strategy. For me, that level of transparency and product alignment is non-negotiable for trustworthiness and effective trading planning.
