Based on my careful research and experience in the forex industry, I have to stress that PAXOS is not regulated by any major financial regulatory authority. Although the company is registered in the United States and has operated for some years, there is currently no evidence that it holds licenses from key global regulators such as the FCA in the UK, ASIC in Australia, or CySEC in Cyprus. For me as a trader, the absence of such oversight is a significant red flag because regulation provides an essential layer of accountability and consumer protection. An unregulated status increases the risk of financial misconduct, lack of recourse in disputes, and potential for operational failures. What makes this more concerning is that reports from other users highlight issues like frozen funds, withdrawal problems, and aggressive deposit requests. As someone who prioritizes the safety of my capital, I have learned to treat any broker without clear regulatory backing with the utmost caution. In summary, PAXOS is not currently subject to any established financial regulatory body, a fact that I consider to be a serious drawback and something every trader should weigh very carefully before engaging.
