As an experienced trader, I always prioritize due diligence, especially when interacting with any broker. When it comes to ETC, I exercise even more caution because this company is unregulated and, based on my research, operates with a high potential risk. In my previous dealings with brokers, regulated or not, the standard documentation required for an initial withdrawal typically includes proof of identity—such as a passport or driver’s license—and proof of address, like a recent utility bill or bank statement. This identification process is an industry norm to satisfy anti-money laundering requirements. However, for ETC specifically, obtaining clear information on their precise withdrawal process has proven difficult. The lack of regulatory oversight raises some concerns for me. Without visible regulatory guidelines, there may be unpredictable hurdles or additional demands during the withdrawal process, including requests for extra documentation or lengthy verification steps. Because of this, I would strongly advise preparing all essential documents before attempting a withdrawal, confirming requirements directly with ETC’s support, and being prepared for possible delays. For me, the absence of regulation remains my primary concern and is a reason I would be particularly careful with any financial transactions involving ETC.
