In my due diligence process when evaluating NGG, I found that information on their deposit and withdrawal methods was notably vague and incomplete. As someone who's traded with various brokers, I am always cautious when key financial details aren’t transparent. NGG seems to require a minimum deposit denominated in gold (measured in "BG," or Baht Gold), with specific examples showing collateral values and corresponding trading limits. However, there is no clear mention of common funding or withdrawal methods such as credit cards, PayPal, Skrill, or cryptocurrencies. Instead, NGG instructs clients to submit withdrawal requests via email or their Line account, which is an uncommon and less secure practice compared to the automated withdrawal processes of most established, regulated brokers. From my perspective, not having clear, documented options for electronic transfers or globally trusted payment processors is a significant red flag. This lack of transparency complicates funding accounts and could make withdrawals problematic. When a broker is unregulated and doesn’t provide specific details on how client funds are handled or what channels are available for deposits and withdrawals, I believe traders are exposed to unnecessary risk. For me, the absence of such critical information is a compelling reason to approach NGG with heightened caution and to consider alternative brokers who provide clear, regulated, and user-friendly funding solutions.
