Another potential drawback is the limited customer support options compared to some larger brokers. Although they provide comprehensive customer service channels, including phone support and email, having more extensive support methods could be helpful, especially for traders who might need urgent assistance. Overall, while DA is regulated and offers a secure trading environment, the limited product offerings and the potential risks associated with futures trading are factors to consider.
