Although BroJets is regulated by the SERC, its "Exceeded" regulatory status means it may not fully adhere to all current financial standards. From my perspective, while the regulation is better than none, it’s not as robust as what I would prefer from a broker I’m considering for long-term trading. The "Exceeded" status suggests that the broker may not be in full compliance with the latest requirements. Given the importance of investor protection, I personally wouldn’t feel completely safe trading on BroJets until I have a better understanding of what "Exceeded" means in terms of my rights as a trader. The lack of clear, full regulatory adherence makes me cautious about the platform’s legitimacy, and I would recommend potential users carefully assess the risks before trading significant amounts.
