IS6FX is technically legitimate in terms of its regulatory standing, being licensed by the Mauritius FSC. That said, I can’t ignore the fact that this kind of offshore regulation is often associated with higher risk, as these jurisdictions may not enforce the same protections that come with stronger regulatory bodies like the FCA or ASIC. Personally, I feel it's important to weigh the fact that although it's regulated, it does not offer the same level of confidence as more rigorously overseen brokers. If I were considering investing significant amounts, I’d likely look for brokers with more stringent, higher-tier regulations, as these are generally more trustworthy and secure.
