Ho richiesto una richiamata un paio di volte a causa di una notifica di chiamata a margine che stavo ricevendo e ci sono voluti 4 giorni per dirmi che avrebbero esaminato la questione ma non hanno fatto nulla Alla fine mi sono stufato e ho richiesto un prelievo/rimborso che rientrava in fintrack/ org badi bene, ho inviato la stessa richiesta a GAIN Global Markets e non ho ricevuto risposta da loro fino a questo punto.

I requested a call-back a couple of times because of a margin call notification I was getting and it took them 4 days to tell me they would look into it but did nothing Eventually I got fed up and requested a withdrawal/refund that came under fintrack/ org mind you i sent the same request to GAIN Global Markets and got no response from them till this point.
