Mi experiencia con CWG Markets ha sido un poco heterogénea. Por un lado, me encanta lo fácil que es usar la plataforma. Y los recursos educativos que tienen son geniales para principiantes como yo. Pero, por otro lado, he tenido algunos encuentros menos que estelares con su servicio de atención al cliente: a veces lo superan y otras veces es como sacarse los dientes para obtener una respuesta. Y no me hagas hablar de la falta de instrumentos comerciales o las altas tarifas. Está bien para una plataforma básica, pero si eres un comerciante experimentado que busca variedad, es posible que estos no sean los droides que estás buscando.

CWG Markets: Easy Platform, Mixed Customer Service, Limited Instruments, High Fees

My experience with CWG Markets has been a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand, I love how easy to use the platform is. And the educational resources they have are great for newbies like me. But on the flip side, I've had some less than stellar encounters with their customer service - sometimes they're all over it, and other times it's like pulling teeth to get a response. And don't get me started on the lack of trading instruments or the high fees. It's okay for an entry-level platform, but if you're a seasoned trader looking for variety, this might not be the droids you're looking for.
