Deposité dinero en RoboForex hace 2 semanas y ahora me gustaría retirarlo y no me dejan. Tampoco están intentando ayudar a nivel de Servicio al Cliente, solo recibo respuestas preescritas clásicas.

i just can't understand

I have deposited money on RoboForex 2 weeks ago and now i'd like to withdraw it and they won't let me. They're not trying to help either on a Customer Service level,, all i'm getting are classic pre-typed replies.
