Las herramientas de gráficos de la plataforma son bastante completas, y el dibujo de líneas y los indicadores son muy fáciles de usar. Los parámetros de MACD y Bandas de Bollinger que uso con frecuencia también son muy flexibles. Sin embargo, guardar indicadores personalizados es un poco engorroso. Tengo que reconfigurarlos cuando inicio sesión desde un dispositivo diferente. Sería genial si pudieran sincronizarse en la nube.

The platform's charting tools are quite comprehensive, and the line drawing and indicators are very easy to use. The MACD and Bollinger Bands parameters I often use are also very flexible. However, saving custom indicators is a bit troublesome. I have to reset them when I log in from a different device. It would be great if they could sync to the cloud.

Estimado Cliente, Gracias por sus comentarios. Entendemos el inconveniente causado por tener que restablecer sus indicadores personalizados al cambiar de dispositivo. Recomendamos hacer una copia de seguridad de sus archivos de indicadores (generalmente en formato .ex4 o .mq4) desde su dispositivo original e importarlos a la plataforma MT4/MT5 en su nuevo dispositivo. Esto le permitirá restaurar sus configuraciones y mejorar la eficiencia operativa.

Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback. We understand the inconvenience caused by having to reset your custom indicators when switching devices. We recommend backing up your indicator files (usually in .ex4 or .mq4 format) from your original device and importing them into the MT4/MT5 platform on your new device. This will allow you to restore your settings and improve operational efficiency.
