Newrgy está solicitando un depósito del 20% de "Impuestos" para liberar las solicitudes de retiro presentadas el 16 de agosto, alegando que es para pagar al IRS en los Estados Unidos. Esto nos impide retirar y además amenazan con que si no se realiza antes del 26 de agosto, nuestras cuentas serán permanentemente congeladas y no podremos retirar más dinero. Por favor, ayúdenos a tomar medidas.

Newrgy is no asking for a 20% "Tax" deposit in order to release the withdrawal requests submitted on August 16th claiming it is to pay IRS in the US. This is preventing us from withdrawing and furthermore they are threatening that if not done by August 26th our accounts will be permanently frozen from withdrawing any more money. Please help in taking action.
