Primero, han guardado mi tarjeta de crédito sin mi permiso, primero retiran, afirman que no pueden retirar a la misma tarjeta y después de quejarse mucho lo hicieron. Después de depositar la misma historia por segunda vez, ¡no pueden retirar dinero a la misma tarjeta! ¡Eso es ridículo y solicitó escalar al jefe de cumplimiento y lo rechazan!

DERIV REFUSE TO WITHDRAW BACK TO SAME CARD AS DEPOSITED

First, they have saved my credit card without my permission, first withdraw they claim that they cant withdraw to the same card and after complaining a lot they did. After i deposit the second time again the same story they cant withdraw to the same card! That's ridiculous and requested to escalate to the head of compliance and they refuse it!
