The inspectors successfully arrived at Tower 2, Harbour City. The location is situated on Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, surrounded by a bustling environment with a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no signage or relevant information of the company was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspectors entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security personnel. After communication, they obtained permission to enter.

Upon reaching the target floor, the 16th floor, the inspectors found that the directory board listed information for other companies at this address. There were no clear signs or security measures for SINOKO's office area, and no information about this broker was found. Inquiries with the reception indicated that there was no such company. Due to the lack of any signs of the company's existence, the inspectors could not enter the interior, were unable to photograph its reception area, and noted that the office was not a shared workspace.
