Process

The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker PrimeGainFX in Malaysia as planned. According to public information, its office address is 1-23A, 1st Floor, Paragon, Jalan Mustapha, 87000 Labuan F. T..

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously vet for investors, meticulously planned and traveled to Malaysia to conduct an on-site verification of the claimed trader located at PrimeGainFX, 1-23A, 1st Floor, Paragon, Jalan Mustapha, 87000 Labuan F. T.

The inspection personnel successfully arrived at the target building, which is a serviced apartment located in a specific geographical area of the locality, with no particular description of the surrounding environment. Upon arrival, it was found that the second floor of the building houses some companies and shared offices, but no company signage or related information was visible on the exterior of the building.

The surveyor entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security or staff. After communication, they obtained permission to enter.

However, no company nameplate PrimeGainFX was found inside the building, nor was the company's logo visible. Unable to confirm the specific floor and location, the inspection personnel could not reach the target floor, thus failing to verify whether the company's office area had clear signage or security measures, let alone gaining access to the interior. Additionally, they were unable to photograph the reception desk or its logo, and the office was not a shared workspace.

Through the public areas of the building, it was not possible to enter the company's interior, and thus the internal environment of the company could not be observed. Overall, no relevant information about the company was found, which does not align with its claimed office address.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it was confirmed that the dealer PrimeGainFX does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

As planned, the field investigator visited the forex broker PrimeGainFX in Malaysia. However, no information such as the company name of the broker was found at its publicly displayed business address, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine operational location. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
