The site visit personnel arrived at Gaylord Commercial Building, which is located on Lockhart Road, with a relatively prosperous surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no signage or related information of the broker Macking Financial was found outside the building.

The site visit personnel entered the building lobby, stated their purpose to the security guard, and after a brief conversation, obtained permission to enter.

Upon arriving at the target floor 5/F, the site visit personnel found no obvious signage for the office area of Macking Financial and no security measures. Since the company does not exist at all, the site visit personnel could not enter the interior. They also could not take photos of the front desk and its logo, and this place is not a shared office.

Through the public area, the site visit personnel could not observe the internal environment of the company. After arriving, they confirmed the address, but did not find any information about the broker. Upon inquiry, the security guard informed them that there was no such company, so they determined it to be fraudulent.

Therefore, after the site visit, it was confirmed that the broker Macking Financial does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

At its publicly displayed business address, they could not see the company name or other information of the broker, indicating that the broker does not have a real business premises.
