A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to strictly vet for investors, traveled to the UK according to a well-planned schedule to conduct a physical verification of the broker TRUST EXPERT claiming to be located at The Concourse, 1 Poultry, London EC2R 8EN.

The inspectors successfully arrived at the target building, which was previously a WeWork. Notices posted on the building indicated that WeWork had now moved out and the building was inaccessible. The location is in London, and the surrounding environment is average. No company signage or relevant information was found on the exterior of the building.

Due to the posted notices stating the building was inaccessible, the inspectors were unable to enter the building lobby.

As entry to the building was not possible, the inspectors could not reach the target floor and thus could not determine if the office area of TRUST EXPERT had clear signage or security measures. Since they could not enter the building, the inspectors could not go inside, let alone photograph the reception area and its logo. Furthermore, this office was not a shared workspace.

As the building was inaccessible, methods such as observing the company's interior through glass doors were not possible, so it could not be determined whether the overall environment matched its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that broker TRUST EXPERT does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

At its publicly displayed business address, no information such as the company name of this broker could be seen, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises.
