Togo was established in April 2002. As the member of the Japan Securities Dealers Association, the Japan Financial Futures Trading Association, the Japan Investment Advisory Association, the Japan Commodity Futures Trading Association and the Japan Investor Protection Fund, Togo has a long-term cooperative relationship with Mitsubishi UFJ Bank. Togo has been conducting CFD trading and over-the-counter derivatives trading (foreign exchange trading) since 2013, and provided foreign exchange automated trading services in the same year. Since 2014, Togo has been providing securities CFD services.

According to regulatory information, Togo is located on 3-4-7 Toranomon, Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan. The inspection team paid a site visit to the office.

The inspection team found the office building named JT Building.

The inspection team entered the office building and found a signpost, according to which Togo is located on the 9th floor. Then the team took the elevator to the office, who said the company had stopped forex trading while other businesses were unaffected. The inspection team visited the office and found about 10 working desks.

Conclusion

The inspection team  confirmed the existence of the office of Togo in Japan after the site visit. Its forex license has been cancelled and it is not using MT4/5 software. The investors should keep cautious.
