The inspection personnel successfully arrived at China United Plaza, located at 1008 Tai Nan West Street, Lai Chi Kok, Kowloon. The surrounding street environment is relatively ordinary, with a general commercial atmosphere. No company signage or related information for this dealer was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspection personnel entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard. After brief communication, they were granted permission to enter.

Upon reaching the target floor, the 11th floor, the inspection personnel found that the office area had no clear signage for MIND STONE, nor were there any related security measures. Since the company's office location could not be found at all, they were unable to enter the interior. Furthermore, they could not photograph the reception area of MIND STONE, and this office area was not a shared office space.

Through the public areas on the floor, and as no corresponding office area was found, it was impossible to observe the company's internal environment. No information regarding this dealer was discovered. Inquiry with security personnel indicated that there was no such company, leading to the judgment that it is false. Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that dealer MIND STONE does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The on-site investigator went to Hong Kong, China as planned to visit the forex broker MIND STONE. At its publicly displayed business address, the investigator could not see information such as the company name of the broker, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
