The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker Behin Poya Brokerage Co in Indonesia as planned. According to public information, its office address is PT. Solid Gold Berjangka - Jakarta TCC Batavia, Tower One - Lt.10 Jl. KH. Mansyur Kav. 126, Jakarta Pusat 10220.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously safeguard investors, proceeded according to a meticulous plan to the target area in Indonesia. They conducted a physical verification of the trader Behin Poya Brokerage Co, which claims to be located at PT. Solid Gold Berjangka - Jakarta TCC Batavia, Tower One - Lt.10 Jl. KH. Mansyur Kav. 126, Jakarta Pusat 10220.

The inspection personnel arrived at the target building. Located in the downtown area of Indonesia, the building is a super luxurious office tower, with a bustling surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company signage or related information of Behin Poya Brokerage Co was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspection personnel entered the building lobby and explained their purpose to the security guards or staff. After communication, permission to enter was obtained.

The inspection personnel inquired at the reception staff. The staff stated they had no information about the store Behin Poya Brokerage Co. Due to not having an appointment, the inspection personnel could not reach the the 10th floor and enter the interior. The inspection personnel did not find obvious signage about the Behin Poya Brokerage Co office area, and could not photograph its reception area. The office was also not a shared office.

The inspection personnel, being obstructed, could not observe the internal environment of the company through the lobby area.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the trader Behin Poya Brokerage Co does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

At the public business address, no information such as the company name of the broker could be seen, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises.
