Inspection Reason

In recent, many investors made telephone calls expressing their hope for exposure of more brokers whose real addresses were different from their regulation addresses. In response to investors’ need, the surveyor decided to go to LNF’s office in Australia to have a more intuitive view of the broker.

Office Building

According to the regulation information, the Australia licensed broker LNF’s office was located at Level 16, 309 Kent Street, Sydney NSW 2000. The surveyor decided to visit the broker.

Guided by the regulation information, the surveyor found the quite modern office building.

The surveyor entered the building and read the floor guide in the lobby on the first floor.

It was informed the office that was located on the floor indicated by the regulation information was not EWGFX’s office but IC Markets’s.

Since there may be some differences between information provided by the floor guide and the real situation, the surveyor, in oder to ensure inspection quality, took the elevator to thr 6th floor and found logos of another two brokers. 

The surveyor went to Room 309 and was informed from the logo on the door that the office was not LNF’s office but IC Markets’s.

Conclusion

It was confirmed after the surveyor’s inspection that the real address of LNF’s office in Australia was different from its regulation address.Please be wary of the broker.
