Reasons for Field Survey

The Russian foreign exchange market is one of the most important financial markets in Eastern Europe. Leveraging its abundant energy resources and growing economy, the Russian forex trading business has gradually flourished, attracting numerous international and local traders. To help investors gain a deeper understanding of the actual operations of forex traders in the region, a field research team conducted an on-site visit to Russia.

Field Survey Process

This issue's field inspection team traveled to Moscow as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the brokerage firm Trust Capital. Publicly available information indicates its office address is Moscow, Presnenskaya Naberezhnaya 6, 51 floors.

Dedicated to fulfilling our responsibility to investors, the professional field inspection team conducted an on-site inspection of Trust Capital based on the aforementioned address.

The field inspection team traveled to the Presnenskaya Naberezhnaya area of Moscow and arrived at the building located at the address. Located in Moscow's CBD, the building boasts a pleasant corporate campus and streetscape, a vibrant commercial atmosphere, and is a core hub for financial institutions. From the exterior, the field inspection team was able to capture a clear panoramic view of the building. While other signs were present, no Trust Capital logo was visible.

The field inspection team successfully entered the building lobby, which met the standards of a high-end commercial building. However, upon examining the lobby sign, they did not see the Trust Capital company name, and were unable to confirm its specific location.

Due to the lack of information on the sign, the field inspection team was unable to reach the 51st floor and confirm the office's location. Furthermore, they were unable to enter the building interior, and were therefore unable to capture photos of the reception desk or its logo. We confirmed that the location was not a shared office, further confirming that Trust Capital did not actually operate there.

Thus, our on-site inspection confirmed that Trust Capital did not have a physical business location.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the Forex broker Trust capital as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
