Reason for this visit

On-site visit

This time the survey personnel went to Dubai, UAE, to visit the foreign exchange dealer IFX. The survey address is Unit 401, Level 4, index tower, DIFC, PO Box 507009, Dubai, UAE.

The investigators arrived at the Dubai International Financial Center, which is a professional office block with many tall buildings nearby. The transportation is convenient. The investigators could see this building from a long distance, and could find the Index Tower - the office building surveyed this time - along the street.

After entering the building, the survey personnel did not find the logo of the foreign exchange dealer IFX within the building, nor did they find the company’s office on the 4th floor based on the information given by the company. Subsequently, the survey personnel asked the staff of the building for more details, who said that the foreign exchange dealer IFX does not have an office in the building.

Conclusion

The investigators went to Dubai, UAE to visit the foreign exchange dealer IFX as planned. They did not find the dealer's office at its foreign exchange regulatory address. This is a situation of untrue regulation. Investors are advised to choose this dealer carefully.
