Process

The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker NCM in Malaysia as planned. According to public information, its office address is Office 6, Janet Business Centre 2, Unit F26, 1st Floor, Paragon Labuan, Jalan Tun Mustapha 87000 F.T. Labuan, Malaysia.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously safeguard investors' interests, meticulously planned and traveled to Malaysia to conduct an on-site verification of the dealer NCM claiming to be located at the aforementioned address.

The inspector successfully arrived at the target building, which is a serviced apartment located in a relatively bustling area of the locality, with a somewhat prosperous surrounding environment but average commercial atmosphere. No signage or related information of NCM company was found on the exterior of the building.

The surveyor entered the building lobby, explained their purpose to the security guard, and after a brief communication, obtained permission to enter.

However, no signage for NCM company was found inside the building, nor was its logo visible. While there are some companies and shared offices on the second floor, the investigators were unable to locate the specific position of NCM company. Due to the inability to determine the exact floor and location, the investigators could not access the specific floor or confirm the precise position, naturally preventing them from entering the company's premises. Additionally, they were unable to photograph the reception area or its logo, as this office is not a shared workspace. Through the building's public areas, without access to the company's interior, the internal office environment could not be observed. Overall, no effective information related to the trader was found, which does not align with its claimed presence at a physical office address.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it was confirmed that the dealer NCM does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The inspection team visited the foreign exchange broker NCM in Malaysia as planned. However, no information such as the broker's company name was found at the publicly displayed business address, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine operational location. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
